Krystal Moore graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018. Since then, she also holds certification, in Cupping and Pelvic pain and Dysfunction.
Krystal has experience with customizing her patient’s treatments, based on their symptoms and goals. Whether it may be sprains/strains, postural imbalances, headaches/migraines, pregnancy, overuse of certain muscle groups, chronic pain and many more. Krystal also has experience working in the spa, which can leave you feeling extra relaxed. Krystal’s therapeutic approach leaves her patients feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, by using techniques such as general Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and hydrotherapy, all to help increase lengthening and strengthening muscles in the body.
Krystal strives for health/wellness in and out of her treatment room, by providing and dedicating a safe and comfortable environment for her patients. Krystal believes that educating her patients is the best way to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle in and out of the clinic.
